What it does

• Transcribes English speech from any video or audio with Whisper large-v3 — runs offline
• Translates the transcript to Arabic locally via CTranslate2 (no torch, no cloud)
• Editable Arabic subtitle table so you can correct wording to 100% before saving
• Exports an editable .ar.srt file and/or a video with Arabic subtitles burned in
• Right-to-left burned subtitles rendered with the Amiri Arabic font via libass
• Runs on the CPU. The current build ships without GPU acceleration, so expect a long first transcription on a slower machine
• Bilingual PyQt5 interface with A− / A / A+ Arabic font resizing
