Free Apps — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the free Android apps you download from q8core.com: Best Spot (com.qore.bestspot), RouterPilot (com.qore.routerpilot), Tafqeet (com.qore.tafqeet_pro) and Kuwait Prayer Times (com.farwaniyah.planner). In short: the apps ask for no account and no personal details, and their own features keep your data on your device. They are free because they show an occasional full-screen ad from Unity Ads, and advertising involves the information described below.

No accounts, no data collection by us

None of the apps needs an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or photos, and your measurements, router settings, numbers, notes, alarms and preferences stay on your device. RouterPilot talks only to your own router on your home network, and Best Spot's speed test downloads test data from Cloudflare's speed-test service; neither sends the results to us.

Advertising

The apps show advertisements from Unity Ads, delivered through the Unity LevelPlay SDK (Unity Technologies). An ad appears only between tasks (for example after a finished speed test or a copied result), never while the app is working, never during the first uses, and at most once every few minutes.

When advertising is used, Unity and its advertising partners may collect and process:

• IP addresses, and approximate location derived from them;
• advertising identifiers and other device or app identifiers;
• app and advertising interactions, such as app launches, ad impressions, taps and video views; and
• diagnostic information, such as crash and performance information.

This is used to provide and, if you allow it, personalise advertisements, to measure advertising performance and to prevent fraud. Unity explains its practices at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Ads are filtered to the strictest general-audience age setting Unity offers, and advertisers we find unsuitable are blocked. The apps never send what you measure, type or plan as advertising data.

Your privacy choice

Before the advertising SDK starts and before any ad is requested, each app asks you once whether ads may be personalised using your device's advertising ID. If you choose non-personalised, ads are still shown but are not chosen for you, and the apps tell Unity not to sell or share your information for personalisation. You can change your answer at any time from Ad privacy inside the app (Best Spot: below the list; RouterPilot: the ⋮ menu; Tafqeet: the shield icon; Kuwait Prayer Times: the Settings screen). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Requests to our website

Each app contacts https://q8core.com/ads-config.json to check whether advertising is enabled. That request exposes your IP address and standard request information to our web host. We do not use it to identify you.

Retention and deletion

Unity and its partners keep information in line with their own privacy policies. Uninstalling an app or clearing its storage removes everything the app stored on your device, including your ad choice. As the apps send us nothing, there is nothing on our side to delete.
