What it does

• Real-time monitor re-scans every 1.5s and lists all serial, USB and storage devices
• Shows VID/PID, chipset (FTDI, CH340, CP210x, PL2303…), device class and vendor name
• Connect/disconnect event log with timestamps and system-tray notifications
• Search and filter by port, name, type, vendor, VID/PID or serial number
• Custom device labels, copy-port-to-clipboard, and export a snapshot to CSV or JSON
• Honest reporting (fields the OS doesn't expose are shown as —); light/dark theme; fully offline
