FolderLock
Encrypt folders with AES-256.
- Windows
- Linux
- Raspberry Pi
Lock any folder into a strong AES-256 encrypted container — it verifies before removing originals, so nothing is ever lost.
What it does
- Encrypts an entire folder into a single locked .flock container with AES-256-GCM
- Memory-hard scrypt key derivation from your password — no key files to lose
- Streamed per-chunk encryption, so even very large folders use little memory
- Verifies the container fully decrypts before the original folder is ever deleted — no data loss
- Password-strength rules plus failed-attempt lockout with a cooldown
- Works offline; bilingual Arabic/English interface — the internet is used once to activate your licence
